Arjo, Lyudmila and Anna founded the Centre for Research in Arts and Economics in 2011. Since 2008 they have been working together on the Summer School in Cultural Economics. In 2006 they have undertaken a research for the European Parliament on “Financing the arts and culture in the EU

arjo klamer

Arjo Klamer

holds the chair of Cultural Economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. His current research focuses on the cultural dimension of economic life and the values of art. He is a member of the board of various cultural organizations. He is President-Elect of the Association for Cultural Economics International (ACEI).

Lusy

Lyudmila Petrova

holds an MA in cultural economics and cultural entrepreneurship. Passionate for art she is teaching and conducting research in the areas of creativity and economy, financing of the arts and cultural policy. She is a research associate at the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication.

Anna Mignosa

Anna Mignosa

has a PhD in cultural economics. She teaches and conducts research on cultural policies, the economics of cultural heritage, and economics of the creative industries. Between 2011 and 2016 she served as a member of the Board of the Association for Cultural Economics International.


Since the beginning of the Summer School of Cultural Economics different alumni assisted the realisation of our courses.
